Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14 days return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Packaging must be unbroken and intact
Received a broken or damaged piece?
If you receive a broken or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Important — Record your unboxing:
We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel. This unboxing video is your proof for any return, exchange or damage claim. Without a video, we will not be able to process your request. This protects both you and us.
Return Charges:
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of sending the item back to us.

Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours with your order number and unboxing video and we will guide you through the process.
